About Adrian D. Ray
The Journey
Adrian DeMarcus Ray, a native of Tyler, TX, is the firstborn child of Roy Melton Ray and Vera Jewel Adams-Ray. A graduate of John Tyler High School, Adrian attended Tyler Junior College and later received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and a Doctor of Education degree from Grand Canyon University.
In 1997, Adrian relocated to Dallas, TX. While attending college, he began an over 20 year career with AT&T (Formerly Southwestern Bell/SBC) in 1999. With his innate leadership ability, Adrian was quickly promoted through the ranks of AT&T and worked at over ten locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Adrian has also represented AT&T by leading many initiatives for non-profit donations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. (Susan G. Komen Cancer, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, North Texas Food Bank and the American Heart Association). Adrian has also been successful as a Senior Account Executive and Account Manager with Spectrum/ Charter Communications in Coppell, TX.
Leadership
Adrian currently serves as the President and CEO of D’Marc Management Inc., a successful marketing and branding company in Dallas, TX. In 2003, Adrian was ordained in ministry. He has ministered and hosted life coaching events across the country. In 2012, Adrian lost his father and launched the Roy Melton Ray Scholarship Foundation. The RMR Scholarship Foundation is purposed to assist youth and young adults in attending and achieving a higher level of education. As of January 2024, RMR scholarships has helped over 40 students to attend college and a university of their choice. Adrian also successfully led the initiative to rename a street in honor of his father, Roy Melton Ray in Tyler, Texas. The RMR Foundation also donates yearly to the Salvation Army, food pantries, and other non-profit organizations in East Texas and in the Dallas/Fort Worth area led by his sister, Co-Founder, LaTonya M. Ray.
Adrian is also an avid traveler, Podcast TV host, and accomplished author. He signed with New York-based publishing company Bernstein Liebe and published two books, ‘The Call’ (2014) and ‘Standing’ (2018). There are three things in life that define Adrian aside from his accomplishments: Faith, Family, and Friends! Adrian’s goal is to positively impact the lives of others along his journey.

Standing
Standing takes us on a personal journey of perseverance through adversity to fulfill a God ordained assignment. This second project is dedicated in loving memory of the late James and Mattie Davis- Adams. To all who have lost someone and found the Comforter.
